One-of-one homes.
Designed for your site, your family, your way of living. Starts with a conversation, not a checkout.
What a custom build is
A custom home from Maine Tiny Homes is designed around a specific piece of land, a specific family, and a specific way of living. We don't adapt a model to your needs — we design from the ground up, then frame and finish the whole house in our Maine shop. You get a home that fits your site exactly, built the same way every time.
It's not a catalog pick-list. There's no configurator, no fixed timeline, no online deposit. The work happens at the speed of the relationship — usually six to eighteen months from first conversation to keys in hand.
What people build with us
Four common shapes a custom build takes. Yours will be its own thing.
Year-round primary residence.
Second dwelling on an existing property.
Remote sites, seasonal or year-round.
Lake, river, coast.
Varied sites. One way of building.
